Emirry Partners was established in 2001, near Dallas/Fort Worth, as a program management services consulting partnership.  In 2006, the name was altered to its current spelling and refocused on providing executable program management, planning, scheduling, earned value management, control, surveillance, and mentoring services.

 

Emirry Partners is a flexible, fast acting consultancy that can respond in a timely manner to client's needs.  Unlike many other program consulting organizations, Emirry is a practicing consultancy with credentialed consultants who have hands on “been-there-done-that” implementation expertise in a variety of program roles.

Larry Anderson, Managing Partner 

Larry has hands on experience in program management, seven years of which are in the A&D industry, working with Lockheed Martin, BAE Systems, Northrop Grumman, Raytheon, The Boeing Company, Bell Helicopter, Overwatch, Accenture, SM&A, KPMG and AECOM. A seasoned Program and Controls Manager with experience in the development and application of Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS), processes and tools. As a practitioner, Larry has led client Planning, Budgeting, Integrated Scheduling, Baselining, Replanning and Execution efforts for Aerospace and Defense programs.

While working in the defense industry, he has implemented EVM systems, redesigned processes, deployed integrated tool sets, and established metric processes to evaluate program health. Several defense industry proposal teams have utilized Larry’s support in planning and developing Integrated Master Plans and Integrated Master Schedules (IMP/IMS) in pursuit of creating winning DoD proposals. In addition to practicing the application of program management and controls, Larry has published numerous articles and taught program management, strategic planning and finance courses at the college level.

Larry holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Industrial Technology from Murray State University and a Masters of Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University. He is PMI certified as a Program Management Professional (PMP), founded PMI’s Consulting SIG and holds a DoD Secret Clearance. Representative programs that he has worked on include the Joint Strike Fighter, Ground-based Midcourse Defense (Star Wars), NPOESS Satellite, High Energy Laser, ATFLIR, Quiet Eagle, Space Based Radar, the APS Glory Satellite, Taji National Depot and BTRIC.
